About Our Ice Cream

         All of our Ice cream is purchased locally from the Big Olaf Creamery.

 

Big Olaf Ice Cream has been a family owned business making delicious Ice Cream in Sarasota for 25 years.  Amish owned and operated in the Pinecraft community of Sarasota, Big Olaf offers an extensive line of Super-Premium Ice Creams, Frozen Yogurts, Sugar Free and No-Sugar added Ice Creams.

From the very beginning, Big Olaf’s has adhered to a strict policy of using only the highest quality ingredients, the richest creams, and the freshest products around!  The ice cream is made one batch at a time, in batch freezers, just like it was in the good old days.  The smooth, creamy consistency comes from two sources; attention to detail and fresh, high butterfat (14%) milk. The ice cream comes in 60+ flavors to please every palate.

For the past 13 consecutive years Big Olaf has been voted # 1 in town by numerous area publications.  Big Olaf’s is available in many different ice cream parlors throughout southwest and central Florida, including here at Get The Scoop in Bradenton Beach.
